Soccer-Rating.com: 1 rating point is very little difference in odds (almost invisible). Let's make this example: 2.00 drop to 1.90. This would be approx. 5 difference in ratings. If it's home win and we bet on this team you will see something like -21.58 / -16.49 (Opening Odds Rating/ Available Odds Rating). It's not exactly 5 points, but you get the idea. You can see that odds dropped on "our team". You can also how much odds dropped. And you can see how far it's still away from expected fair odds (which is 0 rating). All just by looking at these 2 numbers. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Also send a mail please. VIP is again open for everyone. |
Soccer-Rating.com: It depends on your registation. If you are registered, just wait 1 or 2 months and time will be added to your history. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Starting from round 5 is best. But first rounds can also be accepted. The worst is always late season (usually last months April, May ... in a normal season), because there ovisously odds get weired because of motivation issues. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Turning point: General Ratings: All / Yes / No It's a turning point in the rating graph. Graph goes up, up, up for at least 3 times and then down. Normally we like it if the rating in the graph does down. Because a low (odds) rating means very good odds and a good time to bet. But here it's probably not good, because we had 3x rise in the graph before. Home/Away Ratings: All / Yes / No The same, but 2 seperate rating graphs only for "Home matches" of this team and the second one only for "Away matches" are considered. So for the home team the "home rating graph" is checked. Important: The setting which makes sense is "No" for both settings. General Ratings and also Home/Away ratings. |
Soccer-Rating.com: You want a drop in OO / AO rating. Something like OO /AO +25 / +21 would be very good for early bets. For later bets you would expect the rating to go further down ... for example OO/AO +25/+10 is still OK for away win. It gets difficult if odds drop very fast. OO/AO +25/-2 would mean that value is alread gone (you are too late), but often it still works, because the drop is just a very strong sign for away win. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Just avoid teams with no motivation. For example today in Czechia is same "problem" with crazy odds. The easiest way is to avoid leagues in late stage. You can take Scandinavia or USA, Mexico now for example. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Banker Bets: If a bet is "confirmed", then it stays confirmed and is not erased (even if odds change later or expected lineup ratings changes). This is why there can be difference between the list on top of page (with present settings) and "confirmed bets". Still you should always follow confirmed bets. 4/10, 5/10, 6/10: This is what you can see on team pages and it has little to do with Banker Bets. Of course a very strong bet will probably also appear in Banker Bets. But the main filter in Banker Bets is a big lineup rating difference and nothing else. |
Soccer-Rating.com: There's nothing like "Home teams get +100 ELO points" if you mean this. We always have separate ratings for "Home" & "Away" so we need to add artificial points. |
Soccer-Rating.com: About OO/AO: Example: OO/AO 1/-20 OO 1 is always more important. So here it's always AWAY WIN. Of course we have also AO -20 ... which means that odds already dropped a lot on AWAY team (a little "value" was on opening odds, odds dropped a lot, now evaluation changed). Because of the strong drop I would simply AVOID here, but it's either AVOID or AWAY, I would never take HOME. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, why not. Probaby not in near future, but we may add a score prediction later. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Just place it as they come in. If you start to "think" about every bet, it makes it too complicated. Sometimes there are too many bets in strategies. Then you can adjust your strategy. For example "round" setting or "odds range". |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, OO especially is very important. On "Today" page Dropping Odds is the trigger for a bet (High OO + Dropping Odds = grey bet). -> But in reality you don't need Dropping Odds for your bets. Because after all dropping odds is just the "consequence" of a good bet, it never should be the (sole) "indicator". * use OO to choose your bet * use DO to AVOID some bets (if odds are rising insead of being level or dropping) Turning points/pivot points: I don't take it into account anymore. It gets too complicated. They should be of some use, because you should see if a rating gets too high/too low, but I can't find it in numbers. My advice: Ignore it. If you try to "calculate" a result in sport it doesn't work. Soccer-Rating.com has more to do with emotions / market overreaction. If a team plays bad in 1 game, we probably take it the next game. And all others will avoid this team. It's quite simple. They key of soccer-rating.com is not to analyse the game itself (like others do with "shots on goal", "posession"), but the market (like we do with "odds") and its reactions. |
Soccer-Rating.com: For Betting Picks & Strategy Creator (which is same and also has different bookie. Betting Picks = Pinnacle, Strategy Creator = Bet365): * Opening Odds Rating: 10-99 * Leagues: "Europe" OR "Exclude World" * adjust "Odds Range" as you like * use always same stakes for all bets This is very basic setting but it's all you need. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Strategy Creator = odds from Bet365 (only) Betting Picks = odds from Pinnacle (only) This results in different leagues for examples. Strategy Creator has a bit lower leagues. |
Soccer-Rating.com: I don't reveal the formula, but it's a pure mathematical calculation ... like 1+1=2. This is important to understand. In other betting systems you have "settings" and if you adjust it, you get different results. In soccer-rating.com Odds ratings like -22 are fixed! Ratings are 100% dependend on closing odds from history. Higher odds than normal in history for home team? It's a negative rating! This is a fact and it can't be changed. You can compare it to a price for an item. Ratings show if the price is "high" or "low" at the moment. If you constantly buy with low prices and sell with high prices, you will obviously make profit. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Thank you, it was just a different time range. Both stats are valid, but newest stats are more important. Payout or profit: It depends what you like more. I would prefer a higher payout, but only if it has sufficient bets to prove the strategy, at least 250 bets. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Injuires & suspensions are already there for lots of leagues (check team pages in major leagues). |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, sure tips (with low odds) will mabye come! |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, you are correct. Draw is a little problem. You can take draw odds from a RELIABLE SOURCE. For example bookmaker's odds (we do it like this). This is also why the Odds Calculator has a setting for draw probability. |
