Soccer-Rating.com: First of all check on team pages if one of the teams is "new" in soccer-rating.com (no history of matches). A new team can have 100 or 150 rating and it's no big deal. If both teams have at least 5 games do the same as in all other games. If odds drop in the right direction (like -90/-75 as first drop), it's very very likely a good bet and it will probably end with closing odds like -90/-25. If odds drop in "wrong" direction (like -90/-110), it's avoid. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, you are correct. The best is European league matches (and here especially the lower leagues like Portugal 2, Turkey 2). Here are stats from VIP bets, last 365 days. I can see similar stats for today page, but in Today "national teams" are much better (nearly 110% ROI). Stats vor VIP bets: European Leagues: 104.34% ROI (4634 tips) World Leagues: 100.71% ROI (2923 tips) National Teams: 92.83% ROI (310 tips) Cup Games: 97.40% ROI (974 tips) |
Soccer-Rating.com: On system pages you have the "round" setting to filter games late in season. Only games at end of season are a problem. So you can just set a filter: Round 30 Or you could even do it with "months" for yourself. Because now it's not a problem at all. The problems start at April, May in Europe. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Updates are every hour (24x times a day) at XX:30. |
Soccer-Rating.com: It's possible. Just send a mail please! |
Soccer-Rating.com: There's no golden rule. A lot of comes from experience. Create your own strategies, test it, watch Live tips maybe. Yes, I think you mainly need these 2 numbers and you should focus on it. OO / AO. I can confirm that betting on for example -11/+5 is not good for home team. Don't bet on home team here. You are too late (= +5 in available odds). But for all other variations I'm not so sure what's better. I think you can just take all. -21/-12 is as good as -14/-7 for me. Because we have the 0 rating as a fix point, but we don't know for sure if this is really "true odds" (because teams or other factors may have changed since last round). |
Soccer-Rating.com: I think your question is about "form" (for example WLL for Win/Lose/Lose which you can see on team pages). I never check form. I think you don't need it. Much more important are ratings & dropping odds. Don't make it too complicated. But of course you can try to work with it. From theory ... what I would prefer ... is "bad form" (L). Because it means better odds. But I have no specific advice here. You must test it for yourself. |
Soccer-Rating.com: For example DWL is Draw-Win-Lose. And 4 P., 5:5 would be 4 Points won, 5:5 goals (4 points is for example 1 win, 1 draw). |
Soccer-Rating.com: This question appears very often. Notice that in A the "mathematical value" even increases (from 15 to 20). But it's not good, because it's just not expected. If we have strong value on a bet (mathematically) and odds even increase, something is wrong (maybe motviation problems ...). Here you can even consider to bet on the opposite team. B,C,D are normal bets. I like C & D best. D is obvious. And in C the drop is very strong and this is a good sign. In B the actual rating is just 5 (which is OK, but not super good) and the drop is not very strong. It's possible to bet, but probably only 101 - 102% ROI. From best to worst: D, C, B , A In short: You would like to have a high rating and a strong drop. |
Soccer-Rating.com: No, that would be the same idea as to take only "low odds" (like 1.10 or 1.05). You need the combination of Lineup Rating and also "Odds Rating" (like -12 for home win or +22 for away win). Your idea is OK. But make sure that you only bet on bold teams. It's enough if the rating is -1 for home win or +1 or away win. |
Soccer-Rating.com: 38 exp 48 is "Lineup Rating". This is very easy to understand. Every player has a (strength) rating and lineup ratings are the result of all these player ratings. A strong lineup rating is better. 38 is Live Lineup Rating (red) 48 was Expected Lineup Rating (grey) Live Lineup Rating is usually a bit worse (3-5 points) than Expected Lineup Rating. In your example the difference is bigger, so I would be a bit careful. However, mainly you would check if the lineup rating of your team is stronger than the opponent. For exmaple 38 vs. 35 in Line Lineup Rating would be a good bet. |
Soccer-Rating.com: The Live Tips page is the only page where tips can vanish . But only if odds dropped too much. If odds drop very low, then the rating does down (for example from -9 to +2) and the tip can disappear. But the original bet should be still OK ... it was shown with higher odds and now odds are too low. You can use live tips page and bet quite early. However, if you want to have 100% reliable stats from the past, you must wait with your bet a few minutes before start of the match. |
Soccer-Rating.com: There is a difference in "Live Lineup" (confirmed) and "Expected Linuep" (not confirmed). "Live Lineup" is red, "Expeced Lineup" is green. But both are equally good. In my opinion you don't need to wait for live lineups. |
Soccer-Rating.com: This is "lineup rating advantage". Click on a match to understand it. For example if our team is ∅ 54 vs. ∅ 51 in lineup rating it would be +3 and green. Green is good. Red is supposed to be bad. |
Soccer-Rating.com: if you move with mouse over flag in live tips, you can see the time! |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, but Sivasspor is OK. If you take more games like this, all will be good ... PS.: For example check game stats from Sivasspor. Shots on goal, posession etc. |
Soccer-Rating.com: This one is without lineup rating. Plus it's a youth game. In youth games you never know who is playing. It's a litte bit like cup matches. In youth games and also cup games you can trust odds flow alot (= droppping odds), even more than ratings, because you don't know who is playing ... and ratings assume that best team is playing. Convetry U23 wasn't a great bet, sorry. Catanzaro today in IT3 was much better. It's a league match, odds rating OK, lineup rating OK, full motivation, dropping odds. And dropping odds in Catanzaro was least important factor for me, but still nice to see. |
Soccer-Rating.com: You mean OO/AO 12/6 ? This would be a wonderful bet and exactly what we expect and want. |
Soccer-Rating.com: I agree. Back in 2010 it was important to bet early (because of wrong bookmaker odds). Now in 2020 this has changed (because first odds set by bookmakers are more accurate). Early bets are not that important anymore. The best time to bet is 30 minutes before kick-off - with live lineup rating avaialable and of course complete odds flow from Opening Odds to Available Odds = OO->AO. |
Soccer-Rating.com: I don't like it. If you check team page you can see that rating -22 comes only from CUP game (CFCUP) 3 days before. Away team Smouha had rest day. We have odd rating -22 but we can find reasons why it is -22. Today I like Qatar, Al Ahli. |
Soccer-Rating.com: I'm really not that good. For example pele555 in "Sure Bets" page is surely the best tipster here and you can also follow him. What I like is: good odds rating, good lineup rating, and slightly negative (!) form for our team. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Of course you can try different strategies for yourself in "Betting Picks" or "Strategy Creator". Here is one for example for a banker strategy: Bankers |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, 13/6 is very much OK ... if it's not a very low league. For very low leagues (like Kenya 1st League as an example) I suggest to use higher rating. |
Soccer-Rating.com: There is always a little confusion about team ratings, because on team page there are 2 different rating numbers for one team. You should check the rating number in prediction box (not the number on top of the page). The number on top of the page is same as odds and useless for predcition. The number in prediction box is "calculated" and you can check it, especially if it's different to odds. Also you want a higher rating number in prediction box than the other number on top of the page (but this is same as "match rating" like -22 or +14, so in fact you don't need to check team ratings, just look at match rating). |
Soccer-Rating.com: No, 1 rating point doesn't change much. It's still the same. However, if you see OO/AO -11/-10 I wouldn't like it very much as a tip in "Live Tips" (but -22/-21 is OK ... because it's much higher). |
Soccer-Rating.com: You mean UK1 or UK3 for the weekend? It's there and you can check England ratings in "Country Ranking" page. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Today is only UK5!? Probably you mean UK5. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, yes, yes. It's all good. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, as long as AO is not too low, it's fine. Your examples 40 -> 28 and 30 -> 18 are all very good. |
Soccer-Rating.com: In Bilbao vs. Valencia it's better to wait for Live ∅ Lineup Rating (red shirt) in today page. Judging from odds movement I guess that Bilbao will be favorite in confirmed lineup rating (red shirt). And then it's no bet for me. If Valencia is still fav after confirmed lineup rating, we can try away win or x2 of course. Always check: 1) OO rating, 2) lineup rating, 3) odds movement. In Valencia 3) is the problem. You will also see that Expected ∅ Lineup Rating (grey shirt) -> Live Lineup Rating (red shirt) and odds movement usually "interact". If live lineup rating for our team is better than expected lineup rating, then odds will drop on our team ... and vice versa (... Valencia is resting players for Champions League or not?). |
Soccer-Rating.com: Sure, it's good. |
Soccer-Rating.com: That's a stupid question (sorry), because not always the favorite wins. There is a new checkbox [X] Positive Lineup Rating in "Today" page and you can see it's working well in general. A little problem is that Lineup rating for "red shirt" (confirmed lineup) can be different to Lineup rating for "grey shirt" (expected lineup) - and some picks can change because of this (<5% surely). I will probably choose the grey shirt rating as a filter for tips/picks to improve it. So don't be confused if "positive lineup rating" bets vanish (because "red shirt" rating is different to "grey shirt"). The bet is still a good one and it should be profitable. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Strange Odds = team in black has much better odds (higher odds) than expected with mathematical calculation. For example in cup matches a team will appear in strange odds if only a reverse team is playing (to rest standard players). This means higher odds than usually and we have it in Strange Odds page. Cup, End of Season, Start of season, different motivation of both teams is not so easy to "calculate". However, a league match in middle of season with both teams fully motivated and a high rating is a good choice. |
Soccer-Rating.com: In Strange Odds everything with >=20 or >=30 and grey background is good. Take these teams. |
Soccer-Rating.com: I've added World and National Teams to Strange Odds. Cup I will maybe add later (with checkbox [x] most probably). I believe in Cup OO and OO is not so a important (a huge OO), because not always the best team is playing. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Done! You can try it out now in live page. What we can learn in comparison to "Sure Bets" page results is: * Lower Leagues need higher ratings than Major Leagues to be profitable. * and to use high ratings in general is important. Also consider that we are using Bwin closing odds here. With Pinnacle, Betfair etc. even a 97% or 98% Payout might be profitable. Anyway, if you see a 40, 50 or 60 rating in "Live" you should be alert and it's probably a good bet (even with closing odds). |
Soccer-Rating.com: Live Tips is probably the worst from all pages. Because we have odds from Bwin AND odds just a few minutes before start of the game (it's surely better to bet earlier). I will make more stats for live maybe some day later. For now you can check "Sure Bets" page and there "Show results". I've added a new 1 year history and you can also change OO rating. |
Soccer-Rating.com: If you have this from table in team page, bottom of page: This is same as "Match Rating" (you know our ratings), but here you can see if it is in favor or not for this team. + is good. - is bad for the team. So you want to have a + for your bet. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Check both signs. -12 and +12 for example. |
Soccer-Rating.com: OO|AO 16|8 is a good bet on AWAY WIN. |
Soccer-Rating.com: What's working well right time now at this time of the season are high rating numbers. So you could just search for bigger numbers with grey background here. Let's say OO rating >= 30. A few games appear today with this rule. |
Soccer-Rating.com: I recommend to check 1) odds/match ratings (like -12 or +22) and 2) line up ratings (like &empty 54 vs. ∅ 49) in this order. We also have team ratings like 1852.43, but these are not important for bets, because they are same as odds and good to see who is probably winning/favorite, but not good for choosing a bet. Well, OK same can be said for lineup rating, but lineup rating is totally independ from bookmaker's odds. So first filter matches with odds rating (good are -12 or +22 or -19) ... and then maybe also check team pages with lineups and lineup rating (you want your team to be favorite in lineup rating ... or at least a good one relative to odds). |
Soccer-Rating.com: Again avoid. You can avoid everything with OO < 7 without thinking. This is all avoid: OO -6 OO +4 OO +1 OO -2 |
Soccer-Rating.com: Well, you can see what the experts in "Sure bets" page are doing. Prefer European Leagues, avoid very late rounds in season, avoid first round in season. Sometimes there are no bets at all. That's OK. For example today we have European Cups, but I don't think it's super good for us. Ratings like -40 / +50 are too high and not balanced. The weekend starting Friday will be good again. |
Soccer-Rating.com: It#s AVOID. Odds dropped too much. I use the rule to take AWAY team in drops with OO/AO +6/-5 but to AVOID from +6/-6 ... or less. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Just be patient. In general May and June is the worst month for soccer-rating.com, also in terms of profit. The strongest months are September/October/November, a few rounds after start of new season. |
Soccer-Rating.com: OO/AO -9/-1 is a good bet for HOME. For OO I like at least 8. In your example we have Dropping Odds (odds drop on our team - and reduce value a bit from 9 to 1), but the drop is not too strong. Another example OO/AO -9/+12 would be avoid, because odds dropped too much ... and now you can almost take away team. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Today Östers IF, Sweden is OK. |
Soccer-Rating.com: A lose in last game for our team is no problem. In general everything in soccer-rating.com is "anti-cyclic". Only W in last game can be (sometimes) a problem, especially W in last game away. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Only rating is important for your choice. It's (-13) = HOME WIN and (+22) = AWAY WIN in your example. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, read the comments on "Today Prediction" page. Asia was not good today (group stage, late rounds), also Japan League Cup is not good (group stage, late rounds). All other with grey background from "Today Prediction" should be OK for today. |
Soccer-Rating.com: It's good and no avoid reason. The only possible avoid reason to think of in terms of form is if our team had W in last game. If last game was D or L, take it. |
Soccer-Rating.com: OO/AO 25/-13 means we have a huge drop on away team. It was a good bet on away team with opening odds (+25), but now with available odds we have (-13) which make it's difficult. I believe 25/-13 is still OK for a bet on away team, but very close. 25/-20 or 25/-30 would be AVOID for me. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Prediction Today is best, also there you can see "∅ Lineup ratings" which is always useful to check. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Decreasing is better. Optimum is something like OO/AO -20/-12 or OO/AO +14/+8. |
Soccer-Rating.com: The odds are irrelevant for our analyis, only rating is important. Previous was 1300. Now it's 1280. This is Odds Rating (-20) and a bet on Home Win. Because now bookmakers rate the home team a little bit weaker. This means we get higher odds. -> We assume that team strength does not change (a lot) from round to round, because we have 11 players which can also substitute each other. But bookmakers CHANGE odds, sometimes really in a huge way just 6 or 7 days afer a bad match. So it's just a mathematical game. We wait, wait, wait ... and strike if the time is right. |
Soccer-Rating.com: 1) In general update times for the site are 1x every hour at XX:30. It's ... 11:30, 13:30, 15:30 ... for European leagues and 12:30, 14:30, 16:30 and so on for World Leagues. 1 update per hour at XX:30. 2) <= 2.00 odds is well possible, also with standard bookmakers like Bet365 or Bwin. It's only difficult to win with higher odds > 3.00 at these bookmakers (because they don't have good odds), but 2.00 is OK. Just look for good odds ratings (maybe >=10) and also consider ∅ lineup rating for your choice. |
Soccer-Rating.com: OO = Opening Odds Rating AO = Available Odds Rating With OO/AO ratings you can see if odds drop and also how much odds drop. For example -32 is big value for home team. If odds drop on home, the rating gets lower of course. It can be OO/AO -32/-14. And this is a good sign and a strong bet. -32/-14 is good (odds drop on home). -22/-22 is still unclear (odds don't drop at all). -32/-45 would be strange and avoid (odds rise on home, that does not make sene). |
Soccer-Rating.com: I like somewhere between 15 - 30 for away or -30 to -15 for home. Als dropping odds is not always a must. It's just very strange if we have -45 and odds still drop on other time like OO/AO -45/-55. I wouldn't take it. But sometimes I like to take OO/AO -15/-20 or similar. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Odds are from bwin. Picks and ratings are of course site algorithm. But ratings between different bookies are almost same. For example if rating with Bwin is +10 it can be with Bet365 +12 (because of different odds). |
Soccer-Rating.com: Grey = tip. But you can take everything with ... * high rating (take >= 10) * dropping odds (dropping odds are for example 20/14 or -32/-12) |
Soccer-Rating.com: Opening odds OO is better. Everything with OO >=15 is very good. Choose anything with this. |
Soccer-Rating.com: In general soccer-rating.com ratings have nothing to do with goals or score prediction. But with new "Lineups" (for major leaues) you can check for yourself if both teams have top scorers in team and available. You can even calculate it: If a team has in "Lineup" 224 Games/34 Goals ... just do 34/224 ... and we get 1.52 predicted goals. It's not super good, because it doesn't take into account strength of opponent, but you can at least check if a team is very offensive or defensive. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Odds have dropped for home team from 2.30 odds (rating -17.41) to 2.15 odds (rating -14.48). It's still a bet on Home Win. What you can see here is that odds change like 2.30 -> 2.15 has only minor effecting on rating (just a few points). If we have in other games ratings like -30 or +25, it's really big value. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Rating for Home Team also depends on Draw odds and on Away odds. Let's say 1) 1.17 6.50 14.50 2) 1.17 6.00 13.50 1) and 2) have different rating, also for Home Team. Home team is a little bit stronger in 2) than in 1). |
Soccer-Rating.com: Experience and patterns. Patterns often repeat ... What you must understand is the concept of OO/AO. You will see with experience that a +50/+62 is not good and is not Away win (although mathematically it is). For example: * -30 in cup (with 2 rounds home/away) is different (worse) than -30 in a League match round 4. This is because not always best players are playing in cup. If some very good players are rested, a -30 can be fair. * or -30 in League match round 4 is different than -30 in League match round 34. It's much more likely that we can find value in round 4 than in round 34. In round 34 probably different motivation is the reason for high ratings. In round 4 a simple reason could be that our team has lost first 3 matches ... but it's still a good team. |
Soccer-Rating.com: If "team rating" dropped from 2001 to 1980, it would be "match rating" -21. And we would bet on this team, because odds are higher now for this team. A higher rating means lower odds, a lower rating means higher odds. The tip for today: Mexico Veracruz - Puebla, 2.40 Away win. |
Soccer-Rating.com: OO/AO 30/20 or -30/-20 is always a great bet. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Your examples are all good. The best is probably 50/37 or -33/-19, but it also depends on "time" (is it very early and still time to drop further?) or if it is cup or league match and so on. But in general I would take all of your examples. |
Soccer-Rating.com: 5 is a lot. You can try this, again Brazil Paulista: Novorizontino - Sao Paolo, Away Win 1.80 |
Soccer-Rating.com: No, we need dropping odds. OO/AO +50/+68 is not good, because odds drop on the other team. Today this looks good: Brazil Paulista, Guarani - Corinithians OO/AO -61/-38 |
Soccer-Rating.com: That's just a mathematical calculation. Important is that OO/AO is a fixed number. It depends on all closing odds before and it can't be changed with "settings". If you see a -21 it really means that odds for Home Team are very good. The only problem is that of course there can be "reasons" for (-21), e.g. injuries or suspensions. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, best is bold team with red arrow and a higher OO rating, maybe >= 10. Also it's better and more safe to take "major leagues" (big leagues like England, Spain, Italy, France ...) instead of exotic world leagues. With exotic leagues you need higher ratings, maybe >=20. Good Luck to you today! |
Soccer-Rating.com: In general: It's good for you team, if the graph is at a low point (because it shows it's underrated). It's bad for your team, if the graph is at a high point (because it shows it's overrated). But the graph is not too important for analyze of a single game. The graph is more useful if you consider a longer period: Like you think Dortmund is overrated now ... and you bet against them for next 4-5 weeks. You can also spot overrated or underrated teams in Football Club Ranking (ELO). |
Soccer-Rating.com: I think no, because it's too big. I always get suspiscious with huge ratings. Exception: Odds start to drop. OO/AO -50/-42 is OK. |
Soccer-Rating.com: 1) is very good 2) is not so good 3) is bad You can see the type of "odds drop" in OO/AO relationship. Zero (0) rating ist fair odds. The normal and expected way is of course that odds drop from a "wrong rating" (too high odds) to "zero rating" (normal odds). Everything else is strange and should be avoided ... unless you are very brave. In strategy settings with "Dropping Odds Strategy" we have only dropping odds in correct direction (so OO/AO 6/19 is excluded anyway). You can do settings simply like this if you want: OO rating: 30 - 99 AO rating: 30 - 99 ... or AO setting a little bit lower, but there's no need to do so. |
Soccer-Rating.com: OO / AO -50 / 0 is very good for home win, yes. You are a bit late obviously (because odds already dropped a lot) but it's a still a good bet. I would even consider OO/ AO -50 / +10 as OK, but not below. Very high ratings like -20, -30 or -50 : -20 or -30 is no problem, you can take it. -50 ... you should start thinking here, because -50 is very high. If odds drop (like in your 1st example), it's OK. Take it! If odds don't drop with -50, it's strange. Maybe you can even see a reason for strange odds? Different motivation? Totally mixed up teams? Then don't take it and simply avoid. |
Soccer-Rating.com: OO / AO = -9 / -21 is not good. It's because -9 was not very high anyway (it's not like -32) and odds drop on the other team. Your example is simply AVOID. Remember: OO rating is more important than AO. |
Soccer-Rating.com: Higher rating is better. But also consider the league. Very low leagues are more difficult with high ratings than major leagues. And try to avoid traps. A trap is for example if our team has no motivation and the other team is full motivated (this can happen in end of season, if only a few teams fight for promotion/relegation). For me it's no bet if our teams has no motivation, even if we have very high ratings. |
Soccer-Rating.com: on team page! Just click a team, then scroll on bottom of page. Also the general rule is: * if rating for a team is LOW (lower than in weeks before), you should consider a bet on this team. Because a low rating means it's underrated, we get high odds. * if rating for a team is HIGH (higher than in weeks before), you should AVOID this team. |
Soccer-Rating.com: AO -20 is HOME WIN AO +20 is AWAY WIN |
Soccer-Rating.com: A gem is "Betting Picks" page / "Tipster Ranking" link (on top of page). There look out for games with higher confidence (X/20) like 3/20 or 4/20 at least. |
Soccer-Rating.com: +7/+20 is typical AVOID. Because we have no dropping odds signal on our team (away). If we check team pages for Bayern/Leipzig (rating history, rating graph), I still think Leipzig looked good with AO +20. The bottom for Bayern was 27/11 Benfica match. End of November in CL was a good time to BACK Bayern. Now ... a few wins later ... it's just too late and yesterday I think correct bet was Leipzig. However, rating graph for Leipzig looks very unstable, just like the team. Yes, of course you can take Asian Handicap. If there is a Soccer Rating tip on underdog away, just take it with AH if you like it better. Results will be nearly same with half payout (1x2 = 108%, AH = 104%). |
Soccer-Rating.com: Just remeber that zero (0) rating is "fair odds". If we have OO +2 and odds drop on our team, new rating can be AO -10. If we have OO +2 and odds drop on the OTHER team (not our choice), new rating can be AO +14. If odds "drop too much", we can switch teams in prediction! However, OO is always more important than AO. Your example was OO/AO 2/-10. Here I would prefer AWAY win (OO 2, with dropping odds). Only if odds continue to drop maybe AO -20 or later AO -30, it's AVOID or even HOME WIN. I don't like the other example OO/AO +2/+14. Yes, mathemically the value increases. But we don't have dropping odds on our team which is strange. You can try it and go against the market but ... I don't like it. |
Soccer-Rating.com: 1) * AO rating is changing with market odds * OO rating is NOT changing!!! 2) Score: not now. Maybe I can do later with evaluation of goals scored from team history (and of course predicted 1x2 outcome.) 3) Another good idea for the future. AO Ratings from the past you can see in match history. But all other factors not, and it can be useful I guess. (AO ratings: if rating history in match list is 2035.05 -> 2055.72 .... then rating was -20 at that point ... and predcition was Home Win) 4) A few hints: - Avoid first "rounds" of a season (approx. round 1-4) and avoid last "rounds" of a season (approx. >=30). In first rounds obviously ratings will change a lot and they can't be predicted from the past ... because we have new players for every team. In last rounds there will be just no value, because every bookie knows real strength. Also promotion/relegation fights start with different team motivation ... which can't be understood by maths. - Try ratings >=7, but also try to avoid huge ratings ... maybe avoid >=50. Because a very huge rating does not make much sense (maybe there are other reasons for strange odds? Motivation? Huge team changes?). - a very common tip here in soccer-rating.com will be on a team which is last in table and which has bad form. This is NOT a problem. Remember that we are not choosing this team "because it is last". We choose it, because we get great odds ... mathematically better than ever before in team history. - for some reasons AWAY strategies seem to perform better than HOME strategies. I think it has to do with psychology. We often take teams with bad form. It's easier to play away, without pressure and to rely on counter attacks. |
Soccer-Rating.com: This is "form" of last 3 games for this team. All last 3 games count, also cup games are included (even if predicted match is not cup). Just check last 3 results in soccer-rating.com match list and you will have same as 4 Points, 3:3 Goals. |
Soccer-Rating.com: More will come soon. Probably all "Major Leagues". |
Soccer-Rating.com: What do you mean? Dropping odds are good. What you want to find is a game with high rating (-20 or +20 for example ) ... and you see that odds start to drop. It can be OO /AO -20 / -11 here in Live Tips and this would be a good choice for Home Win. |
Soccer-Rating.com: If we have OO/AO -9/+11 it's indeed a contradiction. What to do? It was value on Home Win, but odds already dropped a lot (-> all this you can see in those 2 numbers). From my experience you can still take the Home Win! OO rating is more important and a strong drop is a good sign. Try Home win with -9/+11. But for example -9/+20 is no bet for me. |
Soccer-Rating.com: A high rating is still the best for a good bet! Search for ratings like -35 (Home Win) or +31 (Away Win). Then check in detail if there are maybe reasons for good/strange odds. If odds drop on the other team (which is unexpected), I would avoid it. If you see motivation reasons (for example late in season with promotion/relegation), I would aovid it. If you don't see any reasons for big odds -> bet. |
Soccer-Rating.com: In soccer-rating.com about half of the leagues are Major Leagues, other half are Lower Leagues. It's just another setting for different strategies. Example: Sweden 1, Sweden 2 = Major Sweden 3 or Latvia 1 = Lower |
Soccer-Rating.com: You can find sure tips (nearly sure) in "Live Tips" page. Take Home Wins with low odds! |
Soccer-Rating.com: Yes, you can find only Home Wins and Away Wins here. Draws are very difficult to calculate and there's always the bookie margin to consider. In my opinion it's nearly impossible to make money from Draws and also Goals (over/under). |
